How this applies

Send a complaint to contact@junkymonkey.biz or call 425-494-JUNK. Include the service address, date, and relevant messages or photos. Do not include payment-card numbers or other sensitive data by email.

The operator should acknowledge the complaint, review available records, ask follow-up questions when needed, and explain the response. Timing depends on the issue. This page does not create a guarantee or replace rights available under applicable law.
